We delight to form local and global partnerships by aligning our resources for the maximum advancement of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
We are commanded in Acts 1:8 to be witnesses for Christ “in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Winnetka Bible Church has a long tradition of sending and supporting missionaries around the world, beginning over 100 years ago when the first missionaries were sent out to reach people with the Gospel. We also believe we need to reach our own and neighboring communities with the Gospel. As we leave our church that great reminder — “You are now entering your mission field”—encourages us each of this responsibility.
Winnetka Bible Church currently supports 26 missionaries around the world on 5 different continents. We provide not only financial support to these missionaries, but also prayer support and a loving home through our missionary apartments.
North America: 15 missionaries
South America: 2 missionaries
Europe: 6 missionaries
Asia: 1 missionaries
Africa: 2 missionaries
Crowell Hall at Winnetka Bible Church houses four apartments that are used for missionaries needing a place to stay, either on their furlough or in their travels.
The apartments are fully furnished and provide a place to refresh, recharge and fellowship with WBC before returning to the mission field.
