Why Winnetka Bible?

Pastor Keith was invited by the elders to serve at Winnetka Bible Church and sensed God’s leading to bring his family to the North Shore in early 2012. Keith loves WBC’s commitment to the gospel of Jesus Christ, expository preaching, and global missions. Keith and his wife, Kerry, have a passion for personal discipleship, and seek to pour their lives and energies into equipping brothers and sisters in the faith. They have been married since 1995 and have three  daughters. Their oldest daughter, Kristen, is a sophomore in college, and their younger daughters, Kailyn and Karissa, are in high school.

Why Winnetka Bible?

Pastor Aaron joined the Winnetka Bible Church team in 2015 after many years of youth ministry, worship leading, and pulpit supply in Texas and Illinois. Aaron had long sensed a peculiar calling to ministry in the North Shore, and describes his first visits to WBC as a “coming home.” Aaron loves connecting and deploying people and facilitating their growth in knowledge of Christ Jesus. In his role as Associate Pastor of Family Life, Aaron strives to see people at every stage of live grow deep in their love for God’s Word through Sunday School, community groups, youth ministries, and personal mentorship. Aaron and his wife, Heather, have been married since 2005 and have three daughters: Halina, Camille, and Kaila.

Why Winnetka Bible?

Crandell stepped into the Interim Worship Director role at Winnetka Bible Church in 2018 to invest in the cultivation of Winnetka's corporate worship gatherings. What drew Crandell to Winnetka in 2015 was their commitment to the Word, their discipleship of other believers, and their rehearsal of the gospel in worship. He is excited to participate in building up the ministry that already exists here. He is passionate about music, Major League Baseball, and spending time with people. Crandell is currently attending Trinity Evangelical Divinity School for his M.Div. He loves to try new food and can usually be found drinking coffee so feel free to join him!

Why Winnetka Bible?

Mike joined the WBC team after 5 years of doing student ministry.  He is passionate to see students come to know God through the transformational power of the Gospel message and authentic community. Mike loves being involved in students' lives and supporting them as they pursue maturity in Christ. He takes pride in being a Star Wars nerd, and knows a bit too much about Middle Earth. Don’t be surprised if you see him traversing the tall grass of the North Shore in search of Pokemon.

Shelby has been a WBC member since 2017. Shelby, together with her husband Garrett, loves the warm community of WBC and being involved in worship, discipleship, and young adult ministries. Shelby has a passion for detail and organization; using her administrative strengths to help the practical function of the local church brings her genuine delight. Shelby and her husband, Garrett, live in Chicago, IL.

Why Winnetka Bible?

Hillary has a long history with Winnetka Bible Church. She grew up, was married and raised four children at WBC. Having homeschooled her children from pre-school through high school, she understands all stages of learning. She has also been an Awana leader and a volunteer in nearly every area of children and youth ministries. She loves children, learning and history and is excited to bring all of these loves together to teach children about Jesus.  Hillary and her husband, Louis, live in Winnetka with two of their four children. One is now married and one is in college.

Why Winnetka Bible?

Nancy's roots lie deep in Winnetka Bible Church. Her grandparents and mother attended in the early years of  WBC. Her parents met and married at the church, and then served as WBC supported missionaries in Africa for many years.  Born and raised in Africa, Nancy has good memories of being a missionary kid. Nancy worshipped at WBC during college, and then was supported by WBC as a missionary herself for 10 years in Switzerland. In 2012, Nancy came back to Winnetka Bible with her husband, Dennis. Her passion for people compells her to reach the suffering and discouraged whether in small practical ways or through counseling and prayer.

Why Winnetka Bible? 
  • Helen and her husband Paul came to Winnetka Bible Church at the invitation of a friend in Spring of 2012 and never left.  Helen enjoys being on the worship team and working with kids through WBC's Awana ministry.  She is blessed to work part-time in the church office and is thankful for her loving and supportive church family.  She is usually found cooking in her spare time.
